Fair question, and I'll answer it honestly: AI writes solid generic programs. If your case is simple and your discipline is bulletproof, an AI program executed consistently will produce results. I won't pretend otherwise.
Here's what no AI does: it doesn't watch your hip thrust video and see that your lower back is doing the work. It doesn't recalibrate your week when your knee flares up or work explodes. It doesn't notice you've gone quiet and pull you back before one skipped week becomes a quit. And it doesn't provide the thing that actually predicts results — a human being who expects your check-in on Sunday.
My honest recommendation: use AI to learn — it's excellent at explaining. Hire coaching to execute — programming calibrated to your body, correction of what AI can't see, and accountability that keeps you in the game. Information became free; execution didn't.

The opposite. Beginners grow fastest, and starting with correct execution and structured progression means you never spend years practicing mistakes. The first 6 months set the trajectory.
First visible changes in 8-12 weeks with consistent training and adequate protein; a transformation people notice in 6-12 months. I don't promise faster, because faster isn't true.
